应用于场效应晶体管有机半导体材料的研究进展

摘要:随着有机电子学的发展,效应晶体管的有机半导体材料相对于传统的单晶硅场效应晶体管材料因其重量轻、柔性、低廉和大面积制备等特点,备受学术界和工业界的广泛青睐。对目前报道过的有机半导体材料进行整理和分类,评述各种类型有机半导体材料的结构特点和性能之间关系,为将来设计合成应用于场效应晶体管的高性能有机半导体材料提供有力引导。

Abstract:With the development of organic electronics, organic semiconductors for field-effect transistors (FETs) have attracted great attention from both academic and industrial sectors, as they are featured by light weight, high flexibility, low-cost, and large scale fabrication as alternatives to conventional silicon-based transistor semiconductors. In this paper, the main types of organic semiconductors were summarized, and the correlation between the structure and the properties of organic semiconductors were reviewed. This result provides useful guideline for future high performance organic semiconductor design for FET.

柴油加氢装置反应器进出口的管道设计

摘要:先容了某炼油厂200万吨/年柴油加氢装置加氢反应器的平面布置、管道规划要点,并对其管道支吊架设计进行了阐述。然后使用应力分析AppCAESARII对反应器进出口的高温工艺管道的设计方案进行了计算并优化。并对设计中所遇到的问题进行了探讨,为今后类似装置的设计提供参考。

Piping Design for Reactor of Hydrogenation Refining Unit

Abstract:Taking a diesel hydrogenation refining unit with annual production capacity of 2 million tons as an example, the reactor layout, key points of piping design, piping supports and hangers design were elaborated in this article. The design plan for the high temperature inlet and outlet process pipelines of reactor was analyzed and optimized by stress analysis software CAESARII. The problems encountered during the design work were discussed so as to provide reference and experience for future work on similar units.

碳化硅渗透剂的研制

摘要:用聚乙烯醇、缩甲基纤维素钠,碳酸氢钠、聚丙烯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝、植物纤维、硫酸钠等为原料,以二氧化硅6#~20#混合粒度,经过合成制出碳化硅添加剂,缩短了碳化硅的反应时间,防止了喷炉现象,节约了能耗,大大减少因喷炉引起的环境污染。

Development of Silicon Carbide Penetrating Agent

Abstract:With polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium bicarbonate, polypropylene, polyacrylamide, poly aluminum chloride, plant fiber, sodium sulfate and other raw materials, silica 6# to 20# hybrid granularity, we get the product of silicon carbide additive, which also shortens the reaction time of silicon carbide, prevents the phenomenon of spray furnace, saves energy consumption, and greatly reduces the environmental pollution caused by blowing.

液体无水氨水分测定方法的优化

摘要:液体无水氨作为一种重要的化工原料,具有强烈的刺激性和挥发腐蚀性,化学事故发生率高。其主要用于生产硝酸、尿素和其他化学肥料,还可用作医药和农药的原料。在国防工业中,用于制造火箭、导弹的推进剂。在有机化工产品中可做氨化原料,还可用作冷冻剂。储存运输中对水分的要求较高。作为原材料,液体无水氨水分≤0.1%,否则生产过程中应进行脱水处理,增加了生产危险性提高了成本,所以液体无水氨水分的控制至关重要。

Optimization of Method for Determination of Water Content

in Liquid Anhydrous Ammonia

Abstract:Liquid anhydrous ammonia as an important chemical raw material would have corrosion, which is easy to volatile, the intense stimulation, and the chemical accident occurrence rate is high. It is mainly used in the production of nitric acid, urea and other chemical fertilizers, but also can be used as raw materials for medicine and pesticide. In defense industry, anhydrous ammonia is used in the manufacture of rocket, missile propellant. In the organic chemical products as raw materials can also be used as a refrigerant. The transport of water demand is higher in the storage, as a raw material liquid anhydrous ammonia water is less than or equal to 0.1%, otherwise the production should be conducted in the course of dehydration treatment, increased the production risk increases the cost, so the liquid anhydrous ammonia water control is important.

0号车用柴油质量评价与改进

摘要:针对2016年2月0号车用柴油出现多罐因含水、冷滤点与凝点不合格的情况,从柴油的调和与工艺上查找含水原因并进行分析。通过考察当前正在使用的脱水剂JL-006及巴克曼BLX-13892,依其考察结果,提出改进建议,从而提高柴油出厂的合格率。

X射线荧光光谱法分析择型分子筛中元素的含量

塑料模具成型过程中对“干涉”现象的探讨

基于永磁传动设备的磁闭锁装置的开发

摘要:针对永磁传动设备在输送或搅拌系统内存在颗粒、悬浮物等工况下,采用内压差介质循环冷却、润滑系统不能符合工况使用要求以及外接冷却、润滑系统造成冷却、润滑系统介质与输送或搅拌系统介质之间对流、甚至污染等问题,提出了一种磁闭锁装置。

OPC技术和工业以太网在炭素阳极生产中的研究与应用

摘要:以电解铝炭素生阳极生产系统为背景,综合运用OPC技术和工业以太网,对如DCS、FCS、PLC和智能仪表等异构网络在网络级与接口级上的同构化集成问题上进行研究。通过PLC硬件与OPCServer组态,实现监控中心与下位PLC系统的通信;整个网络采用分散控制、集中管理的布置方式,最大程度满足工艺生产和用户需求。该系统支撑开放和通用的以太网、TCP/IP 和相关的技术, 使自动化系统易于与MES和ERP系统无缝连接。经过实际测试和运行,网络系统构成灵活、数据读取实时性好,可靠性强,便于系统升级和扩展。

Research and Application of OPC Technology and Industrial Ethernet

in Carbon Anode Production

Abstract:In this paper, the electrolytic aluminum and carbon green anode production system is the background, comprehensive OPC technology and industrial Ethernet, it researches the isomorphism integrated problem on the network level and interfaces the label of heterogeneous network such as DCS, FCS, PLC and smart instrument. Through the PLC hardware and OPC Server configuration to achieve the monitoring center and the next PLC system communication, we use the entire network as decentralized control and centralized management arrangement, also the maximum extent to meet the production process and user needs. The system supports an open and versatile Ethernet, TCP/IP and related technology, the automation system easily achieve seamless connection with MES and ERP systems.

在线式pH计在搅拌型酸奶生产中的应用

摘要:在酸奶生产企业,不管是酸奶的生产发酵过程,还是发酵剂的制作过程,以及新型酸奶制品的开发过程,都需要技术人员通过pH值检测,判断酸奶和发酵剂发酵情况。而传统的检测pH值的方法是技术人员频繁对发酵罐进行取样,为保证酸奶质量,使用在线式PH计,就可适时准确测量PH值,掌握酸奶发酵状态。

Abstract:In yogurt production enterprises, whether it is the production of yogurt fermentation, or fermentation agent production process, as well as new yogurt products development process, we all need technical pH value to ensure yogurt and fermented condition judgment, and traditional detection of pH value is technical when fermentation tank were sampled in order to ensure the quality of yogurt, so online pH meter can be timely and accurate measurement of pH value to master the yogurt fermentation condition.

6kV中性点不接地系统发生单相接地故障保护优化

摘要:随着化工区业务的不断发展,对生产装置供电系统的稳定性和可靠性的要求也随之提高。为使化工区各生产装置处于有序平稳的运行环境,保证连续生产装置的可靠运行。针对6kV中性点不接地系统发生单相接地故障时,提出故障保护优化,通过保护优化后保证供电系统的稳定性和可靠性。

基于无线局域网PC控制手机视频系统的设计与实现

摘要:以方便、实效获取某区域图像为目的,提出了一种基于无线局域网PC控制手机视频的系统。该系统利用JAVA编程实现手机APP获取智能手机视频,并将视频流通过无线局域网Socket传给PC,PC将视频流解码实时显示手机视频,并可控制手机视频实现拍照等功能。大量验证表明该系统实现了方便,实效地获取远程某区域图像的目的。

父母对高职毕业生就业选择影响深度分析

摘要:高职毕业生就业选择受多种因素影响。其中毕业生父母的就业态度对毕业生影响力度是深刻和关键。通过对毕业生的问卷调查和数据分析,探讨毕业生父母干渉毕业生就业选择的相关因素,包括就业自主权、求职预算、家长希翼就业区域等。研究结果表明毕业生的依赖心理和经济不独立是干涉就业选择的重要因素和关键因素。

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology and economy, the competition for talents is becoming more and more intense. Through discussing the important role of enterprise culture and the integration of moral education, combining with the concrete moral education work, the paper summarizes and extracts some measures which are favorable to the mutual integration.

基于马斯洛需要层次理论的新建专师资培养

摘要:教师作为高校最重要的战略资源,有效的吸引、培养和稳定师资队伍,自然就成为新建高专院校的首要任务。马斯洛需要层次理论把人类的需要划分成不同的五个层次,深刻剖析了人的多层次需要,这对研究教师这一群体的专业发展需要提供了理论支撑,也揭示了教师发展的实质,对高校师资队伍的培养具有良好的借鉴作用。从马斯洛需要层次理论的角度,提出了在新建高专院校师资培养的措施。

The Teacher Training of Newly Built High School Based on Maslow’s Theory of Needs

Abstract:As one of the most important strategic resources, effectively attract, train and stabilize the contingent of teachers, which will become the primary task of the Newly Built High School. Maslow’s hierarchy theory to divide the human needs into five different levels, and deeply analyzes the multi-level needs of human beings. It is providing a theoretical support for the professional development of teachers, also reveals the essence of teacher development, which has a good reference for the training of college teachers. From the perspective of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper puts forward the measures of teacher training in newly built colleges and universities.

高校辅导员职业能力大赛的实践与思考

——以第二届山东高校辅导员职业能力大赛为例

摘要:高校辅导员职业能力大赛,以赛代训,以赛促建,是高校教育工作的一项重大创新。其不仅为参赛选手提供了检验自我查找不足的机会,也给高校辅导员搭建了相互学习相互交流的平台,对于辅导员职业能力提升和队伍建设具有重要意义。一名合格的高校辅导员,不仅要热爱辅导员事业,增强辅导员的职业认同感,还要勤学习多思考,树立终身学习的理念,同时要加强思想引领,把辛苦转化为成果,把经验上升为科学。
