复杂断块低渗油藏注水井试井分析方法

摘要:针对G油田G3102低渗区内存在注水困难的情况,为了探讨低渗区块高压增注注水井增注机理,研究采用了多级变流量测试方案,即在低、高流量注入后分别进行压降测试,运用渗流力学理论,对两次不同注入量下的压降测试进行说明,对比说明结果。同时借助数值试井方法,分析流体在不同注入量下的流动扩散情况,研究表明地层在高压增注后,进井带有裂缝产生,驱油效果增强,对应油井见效,由于低渗透启动压力的存在,造成压力导数曲线上翘。试井说明和数值试井方法相结合,确定地层在高压注入下呈现线性流动状态。

The Well Test Analysis Methods of Injection Wells in Complex Fault Block Low Permeability Reservoirs

Abstract:In G Oilfield low permeability zone, there are water difficult situations, in order to investigate the low permeability blocks high-pressure augmented injection increase mechanism, this study uses the multiple variable flow rate test scheme, namely in the low and high flow injection drop test, by using the theory of percolation mechanics, and considering starting pressure gradient of pressure drawdown test analysis mathematical model, with application model of two different injection pressure drop test under the interpretation, comparison and explanation of the results. At the same time, by using numerical well test method, analysis of fluid in different injection volume flow diffusion is carried out. The results show that formation in high pressure injection increases into the well with cracks, oil displacement efficiency enhancement and corresponds well, due to the presence of the starting pressure of low permeability, resulting in pressure derivative curve upwards. Well test interpretation and numerical test methods are combined to determine the formation of a linear flow under high pressure injection.

高分子添加剂对射流切割性能影响的试验研究

摘要:为探讨在清水射流中添加高分子添加剂后对射流切割性能的影响,通过对现有射流切割实验平台的改装,进行清水射流中添加高分子添加剂后的射流切割试验。结果表明:在相同泵压下高分子添加剂射流可以提高工件的切割深度,减小工件的切割宽度;并随着泵压升高,切割效果更为明显。

Theory and Experiment to Influences of Macromolecular Additives

Abstract:Putting some micro high molecular polymer into fluid, turbulent resistance can be reduced by the coupling action between polymer and turbulent field. In order to make clear the influence to jet by putting high molecular polymer into water fluid, jet cutting experiment was done by putting high molecular polymer into water jet. The experimental result shows micro high molecular polymer jet can improve the cutting depth and shorten the cutting width of the work in the same pump pressure, the cutting effect is more obvious along with pump pressure increase.

MMS柴油低温流动改进剂的合成与性能评价

摘要:以甲基丙烯酸酯、马来酸酐和苯乙烯为原料,合成了甲基丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MMS)柴油低温流动改进剂。通过对兰州石化企业的柴油的凝点和冷滤点测试,该剂可降低此混合柴油冷滤点4 ℃。用差示扫描量热法(DSC)探讨了柴油低温流动改进剂的作用机理。

Abstract:The synthesis of diesel fuel low temperature flow improver MMS and its effects on SP and CFPP depression for diesel fuel are introduced. The improver was produced by using methylacrylate, maleic anhydride and styrene as raw materials. This depressant was applied for the diesel fuels from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company; the CFPP (Cold Filter Plugging Point) of the mix diesel fuels was lowered by 4℃. The phase transitions of diesel fuels with additive and diesel untreated during the cooling are researched by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).

MM-a柴油降凝剂的试验研究

摘要:先容了柴油低温流动改进剂MM-a的合成和降凝助滤效果,该剂是以甲基丙烯酸酯、马来酸酐为原料(物质的量之比1∶1),以甲苯(原料的1.2倍)为溶剂,以过氧化苯甲酰(1.5%)为引发剂,恒温90 ℃聚合6h,得二元共聚物(MM),再以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,用高碳醇进行酯化反应制得。该剂对兰州石化企业的混合柴油的冷滤点降低3 ℃~5 ℃。

The Test Study of Pour Point Depressant of MM-a Diesel

Abstract:This paper introduces the compound and its effect of MM-a diesel. The improver was produced by using methylacrylate, using maleic anhydride as raw materials (amount of substance ratio of 1∶1), toluene (1.2 times of raw material) as solvent, dibenzoyl peroxide (1.5%) as the initiator, polymerizing at constant of temperature 90 ℃ for 6h and treating binary copolymer (MM) formed with p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst and high carbon alcohol , this improver was applied for the diesel fuels from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the CFPP(Cold Filter Plugging Point ) of the mix diesel fuels was lowered by 3 ℃~5 ℃.

稠油化学降黏技术的研究进展及发展趋势

摘要:总结了稠油化学降黏技术的降黏机理及存在的问题。分析专利申请状况,通过专利申请的时间分布、优先权区域分布、技术功效矩阵等一系列分析讨论,得出稠油降黏技术在未来仍将以乳化降黏和油溶性降黏剂为重心。其中,乳化降黏以开发更加耐温抗盐的表面活性剂为主,其次是尽量降低降黏剂成本;油溶性降黏剂以提高降黏率为主,其次是尽量减少对下游加工的影响。此外,加强降黏机理的认识,实现集成创新和定制开发也是该技术未来发展的可行之路。

Abstract:This paper concludes the systems and current problems in viscosity reduction technology in thickened oil chemistry, analyzes the situations in patent application and gets a conclusion that it is the key to emulsify viscosity and oil solubility viscosity. Besides, the focus should be paid to develop more heat resistance and salt tolerance agent. Moreover, it proves to be a good way to realize integrated innovation and customized development.

石化废水深度处理及回用工艺的研究

摘要:石化行业中的炼油污水经过常规处理工艺后,各种有害物质含量虽已达到排放标准,但含量仍较高,长期直接排放必然会导致环境问题。石化废水的回收再利用既可以节约用水又可避免对环境的污染,由于石化废水的水质不同,且根据深度处理后的石化废水回用用途的不同,所采用的工艺也差异很大。根据不同水质和不同回用用途,确立了相应深度处理工艺。

Abstract:The wastewater in petrochemicals has met the emission standard after regular treatment, but it is still high in amount, which would inevitably lead to environmental pollution in a long term. The recycling of petrochemical wastewater not only saves water but protects the environment. However, due to the different water qualities, the techniques applied are different as well after deep treatment. This paper tries to set corresponding deep treatment techniques according to water quality and its usage.

摘要:先容了计算流体力学的形成与发展,综述了其在水处理反应器中的应用,通过建立数学模型模拟不同类型反应器在不同工况下流场特征,优化设计和运行方案,对研究趋势做了探讨:对水处理过程的理论分析并建立数学模型;开发先进的实验方法验证模型。

Abstract:This paper introduced the formation and development of computational fluid dynamics, summarized the usage of CFD in optimal design and operation of water treatment reactor and pointed out the problems in research. By establishing the mathematical model, simulating the flow field characteristics in different work conditions, CFD could help put forward optimum proposal. The research issues of further study are pointed out: Do in-depth analysis in water treatment and establish accurate mathematical model; Develop advanced experimental methods for validation and correction of the model.

The Application of Switch Device in High Voltage Alternate Power

Abstract:Traditional high voltage alternate power is used for the switch device. But for the starting condition of a single switch device, the action time is long, so it is difficult to meet the large petrochemical, metallurgy, and the power supply reliability requirements. Power supply can make the motor stoppage or idling; affect the continuity and the reliability of the device process. The impact makes the enterprise bear the additional economic losses. To quickly switch power supply device has been introduced in this paper, which can realize power failure switching. Compared with the case since the switch device, action time is shorter; and it is suitable for all kinds of the workplace.

基于ZigBee的粮库温湿度监测系统设计

摘要:粮库的温湿度直接影响了储存粮食的质量,粮仓内部的温湿度环境的有效监测对科学储粮具有重要意义。针对采集网络做了分析并给出了设计,提出了一种基于ZigBee的粮仓温湿度监测系统的设计方案,给出了ZigBee节点设计及App流程框图。实验结果表明,系统稳定可靠,具有实用价值。

Abstract:The temperature and humidity of the grain depot directly affect the quality of the stored grain. The effective monitoring of temperature and humidity inside the grain depot has great significance to scientific storage. A design of temperature and humidity monitoring system of grain depot based on ZigBee is proposed in this paper. Analysis and design are presented for gathering network. The block diagrams of ZigBee node design and software flow are given. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable. The system has practical value.

变频调速在风机控制系统中的节能应用

摘要:随着变频调速技术的发展,变频调速在石化工业中的应用越来越广泛,它不仅能满足生产工艺对电机调速控制的要求,还能够节约能源,降低生产成本。分析了风机变频改造节能的原理,并对实施变频调速改造的锅炉风机装置进行数据监测,得出了变频调速改造后生产装置的节能效果和经济效益。

Energy Saving Application of Frequency Control in the Control System of Fan

This paper analyzes the principle of energy-saving inverter fan, and boiler fan device for implementing frequency control and data monitoring, the frequency transformation after production unit energy saving effect and economic benefits.

基于校园三维虚拟火灾应急演练系统的研究

摘要:针对校园三维虚拟火灾应急演练系统进行了可行性分析,并就其在火灾安全的作用和设计方案进行了论述。该系统与一般商用图形App有着良好的接口,能够借助虚拟现实技术和计算机图形学,将虚拟火灾现场真实呈现在计算机中。通过与建筑物内部和实际校园环境结构相结合,构建出真实三维训练场景,让训练者可以对模拟场景进行交互操作。

Fire Drill System Research Based on 3D Virtual Campus

Abstract:In view of the 3D virtual campus fire drill system feasibility analysis, its role in the fire safety and design scheme is discussed. The system and the general commercial graphics software have good interface, and with the aid of computer graphics and virtual reality technology, it will be real rendering the scene of the fire in the computer. With the actual combination of campus environment and the internal structure, we build up the real 3D training scenario, which can let the trainer to interoperability scenario.

基于Pro/E校徽图案型芯的数控加工技术

摘要:以亚洲必赢56net校徽图案的模具型芯为例,阐述了Pro/E模具数控铣削加工的基本流程,分析了如何利用Pro/E NC模块进行数控加工仿真并得出最终产品及NC代码。实践表明,基于Pro/E的数控加工技术能够在产品的设计及制造阶段有效地发挥作用,缩短产品的设计及制造周期。

Numerical Control Milling for the School Badge Pattern

The practice indicates that the Pro/E numerical control processing technology can display function well in the product design and the manufacture stage, reduce the product design and the manufacture cycle.

煤炭发热量的分位数线性回归分析研究

摘要:建立了煤炭工业分析指标水分、灰分、挥发分与煤炭发热量间的线性回归模型,采用分位数回归估算模型系数。通过对我国新疆伊犁地区煤炭发热量分析研究,表明基于分位数估计的线性回归模型优于基于传统的最小二乘估计的线性回归模型,且预测效果优于支撑向量机。

Quantile Linear Regression Analysis and Research of Calorific Value of Coal

AbstractThe linear regression model between moisture content, ash content, volatile matter and calorific value of coal are established, and the model coefficients are estimated by quantile regression. According to coal calorific value analysis in Yili, Xinjiang, the research indicates that the linear regression model based on quantile estimation is superior to the linear regression model based on the traditional least squares estimation, and the prediction effect is better than the support vector machine (SVM).

This paper analyzes the main concerns in the operation of quality assurance and supervisory control system and demonstrates the experiences and methods in the conduct and operation of quality assurance and supervisory control system in vocational colleges.

新常态下IT类专业毕业生的就业与创业

摘要:随着全国高校毕业生人数的逐年增多,就业形势日趋严峻已是不争的事实,大学生的就业创业问题受到了社会各界的广泛关注。目前我国经济正从高速增长步入中高速增长的“新常态”,经济增速主动换档放缓,但宏观就业压力有增无减。IT类专业的学生应了解行业及现状发展,企业用人需求,客观分析就业创业的各种现实问题,对其进行就业创业具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:With the increasing number of graduates in colleges and universities across the country, the severe employment situation is tangible, and the employment of college students entrepreneurial problem has received the widespread attention from all walks of life, especially when our country’s economic growth drops from rapid growth into “new normal” of growth active shift slowing, and macro employment pressure also increases. Students majoring in IT have to understand the industry development present situation and the enterprise needs. Making an objective analysis of present situation of the employment business problems is the first step with important significance.

高职毕业生就业现状调查及对策

——以重庆三峡职业学院经济贸易系2014届毕业生为例

摘要:采用问卷调查与就业追踪等方式,对重庆三峡职业学院经济贸易系2014届毕业生就业现状进行调查分析,就做好我院毕业生就业工作提出对策与建议:转变择业观念,调整就业心态,理性择业就业;加强校企合作,强化顶岗实习,拓宽就业渠道;充分利用新媒介,搭建就业新平台与就业直通车;苦练内功,提高综合素质,全面提升自身就业竞争力;深化人才培养模式改革,突出办学特色,加强学院自我宣传,提升学院知名度。

Situation Survey and Countermeasure of Vocational College Graduates Employment

Abstract:This paper applies questionnaire survey and employment follow-up as the way to research and analyzes the employment situation of students of Economics and Commerce Faculty in Chongqing Sanxia Vocational College 2014th Graduates and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions like changing employment ideas, adjusting attitude, choosing reasonably, strengthening college-enterprise cooperation and widening ways of hunting jobs. This paper also launches the ideas of constructing new platforms for employment, deepening talent training reform, reinforcing propaganda and enhancing college awareness.

油气储运技术专业拔尖学生培养方案的开发与实施

摘要:基于对企业和相关院校的调研,确定了油气储运技术专业拔尖学生的常识结构和教学模式。以学生的能力培养为主线,以岗位能力需求为切入点,构建“2.5+0.5”拔尖学生人才培养模式,形成一平台、两层次、两方向、四模块的“1224”课程体系,并通过教学资源库建设和教材建设整合教学内容,以适应拔尖学生的培养要求。

Abstract:Mode innovation of talents training is an important direction in the reform of the higher vocational modern education teaching. Based on the docking of technology basic courses and occupational standards in current mechanical specialties, the early form of students' comprehensive professional quality should be promoted in the form of combining diversified cultural interaction between colleges and implement training mode. The training of qualified and practical talents with higher comprehensive professional ability is a key to meet the needs of the regional economic development and the industrial structure adjustment and promotion.

无机化工专业“三层循环、四位一体”人才培养模式的创新与实践*

摘要:在大量专业调研基础上对传统无机化工专业的人才培养方案进行了创新,与企业专家一起确定了本专业的典型工作任务,按照基于职业核心能力培养的体系进行了专业人才培养方案的系统设计、开发,构建了服务区域循环经济的基于无机化工生产过程的工学结合的“发散式”课程体系,整合了核心课程的教学内容,创建了理实一体化的项目化教学方法,形成了工学结合、校企共育的“三层循环、四位一体”的人才培养模式。实践证明,该教学模式能够满足本院无机化工类学生就业的要求,提高了学生的就业率和就业质量,促进了教学团队教科研水平的提升。

Innovation and Practice of Talents Training of Inorganic Chemistry Majors

Abstract:This paper creates the talents training of inorganic chemistry majors on the basis of investigation and surveys, and performs the design and development of talents training scheme as well as builds up the curriculum system for inorganic chemistry with the foundation of serving the regional circular economy. Besides, It is turned out that this teaching mode can meet the requirements of inorganic chemistry majors employment and improve the employment rates as well as the quality. Also, it actively promotes the improvement of teaching and researching ability with high value of application.

弘扬红色学问培育社会主义核心价值观

摘要:中国共产党始终代表中国先进学问的前进方向,在思想学问建设上,我党的一个重大理论创新和战略任务就是建设社会主义核心价值体系,努力建设和弘扬以民族精神和时代精神为核心的新学问。弘扬作为社会主义核心价值体系源头的红色学问,在构建社会主义核心价值体系、培育社会主义核心价值观的过程中具有十分重大的意义。

ERP在兰州石化采购与库存管理中运用效果分析

摘要:兰州石化采购与库存管理业务由ERP系统中MM模块支撑,经过7年运行维护和改造,可实现企业基本业务功能。分析了在物资供应资源管理信息系统和ERP系统中业务功能的实现程度,找出目前ERP系统MM模块的业务支撑程度差距,为ERP系统进一步优化应用提供参考。
